Built with a professional, accessible tone throughout, the site includes a "What Is a DST" explainer, a breakdown of how the process works, and a straightforward path to booking a consultation — along with the accredited-investor and risk disclosures the space requires. It's a good example of translating a specialized, highly regulated financial product into a site that builds confidence rather than confusion.
